Mukundan (Ren) Rengaswamy is a highly accomplished leader with more than 20 years of IT experience supporting various lines of businesses specializing in data architecture, analytics, governance, data warehousing, application development and business intelligence. As a technology leader in the financial services industry, he has led several innovative and cutting-edge analytics solutions that deliver growth and efficiency to the enterprise. He believes in continuous improvement and builds processes that leverages emerging technologies to deliver on multi-million-dollar strategic data initiatives. Mukundan has a track record of building and leading large world-class teams, shaping collaborative partnerships and driving performance. Mukundan has held various leadership positions in Data Management at Merrill Lynch, Bank of America, MUFG and is currently heading the Data Engineering, Architecture, and Innovation organization at Webster Bank. He has been recognized as one of the Top 100 influential AI & Analytics leaders in the country by AIM research organization. He holds a master’s in electrical engineering from Indian Institute of Science and an MBA in strategic management & e-commerce from Rutgers University.
