About the speaker

Andrea Phelan is the Managing director, Head of master and reference data at BNY, where she is responsible for product management for multiple data platforms including client, account, product/service and static reference data. Her career in financial services technology spans more than 25 years, always with a focus on engineering and data practices. Immediately before BNY, Andrea was at Deutsche Bank, where she led customer data innovation programs supporting KYC and the end-to-end client data lifecycle. Since joining BNY in 2019, Andrea has been focused on the master and reference data program within enterprise data management, driving improved capabilities and data quality into the foundational data of the bank.
