About the speaker

Ripple is the Head of US Capital Markets & Diversified at Kyndryl. In her role, she partners with and guides clients on complex business and technology transformations, strategic decisions, regulatory compliance and large-scale change initiatives. Ripple has almost 20 years of extensive client management & delivery experience working with financial institutions, particularly within Technology, Compliance & Risk. Prior to Kyndryl, Ripple has held various roles in the Capital Markets space across Capco, Goldman Sachs & Deloitte. At Capco, Ripple was a Managing Principal with a focus on delivery & stakeholder management, program management, IT Implementations, business process optimization, and Compliance & Regulatory. At Goldman Sachs, she focused on credit risk across the firm’s equities and fixed income transactions. She started her career at Deloitte in risk management consulting. Ripple has been a firm representative for various organizations such as the Women’s Bond Club to support the development of women at all levels and drive gender parity at the leadership level. Ripple holds a bachelor’s degree from the Stern School of Business, New York University in Finance and Marketing. In her free time, Ripple enjoys fitness, has run 4 marathons and is a certified yoga teacher.
