Alex Abramov is a recognized leader in Technology and Cyber Governance, Risk, and Compliance and former Head of Information and Cyber Risk at Santander Capital Markets. Previously Alex has led Information Risk teams at JP Morgan, BNY, and served as a Practice Leader for IT Governance and Compliance at EY. Alex is an Adjunct Professor at Yeshiva University’s Masters Cybersecurity Program. He has contributed chapters to several books including “Cyber Risk” and “Governance, Compliance and Supervision in the Capital Markets.” Alex has served as the President of ISACA New York Metropolitan Chapter and is the recipient of 2024 Joseph J. Wasserman Award, the highest level of professional lifetime achievement recognition.
