- About the speaker
- Mike Raposa is a dynamic and results-driven senior executive with over 25 years of leadership experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry. He currently serves as Chief Revenue Officer of Williams Lea, following its recent acquisition by RRD. In this role, Mike leads the commercial strategy for the newly integrated organization, leveraging his extensive expertise in revenue growth, client engagement, and strategic transformation. Previously, Mike served as Senior Vice President of RRD’s BPO division in North America, where he oversaw $300 million in revenue and was instrumental in driving performance across the organization. Since joining RRD in 2014, he has held several key leadership positions, including Vice President of Service Delivery, where he managed North American operations with a workforce of over 950 employees. During his tenure, Mike successfully led the integration of two major business units during the pandemic, earning both industry and client accolades for ensuring operational continuity and resilience. Earlier in his career, Mike held senior roles at Williams Lea, where he spent 15 years managing large-scale, multi-service engagements for Legal and Investment Banking clients. Notably, he led the organization’s largest global law firm account, overseeing more than 150 employees across 10 service lines and multiple international offices. Outside of work, Mike is a dedicated family man who enjoys coaching Little League, playing softball and cheering on his kids (Annabel and Zac) at lacrosse, basketball and soccer games. His commitment to leadership and teamwork extends from the boardroom to the ballfield. Mike holds a bachelor’s degree from Northeastern University and an MBA from Suffolk University’s Sawyer School of Management.
