Biswa currently leads regulatory and finance transformation at Webster Bank. In his current role, he leads teams responsible for designing future ready data and technology eco system as the Bank embarks upon its next stage of growth. Prior to Webster, he worked with Protiviti and Cognizant Consulting helping key banking and financial services market participants in their growth and transformation journey. He has a MBA in Finance and Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering.
